Abstract
The subject matter discloses a system and a method of performing single click payments in Person to Merchant (P2M) digital payments. The single click payment method is implemented using Scan Now Pay Later (SNPL) payment solution that includes a Quick Response (QR) based payment ecosystem integrated with a credit payment mode. The method includes scanning a merchant’s QR code using a digital credit application installed and checking if the SNPL mode is enabled in the merchant payment module. If the SNPL mode is enabled, the user mobile device may initiate the transaction in SNPL mode. Further, a digital credit application provider may perform instant credit check for the transaction initiated and if the payment is within credit limits, the transaction may be processed and recorded
