Abstract
A computer-implemented method of identifying participants globally using a common identifier social registry. The computer-implemented method assists NGOs and Governments have a directory which clearly identifies participants globally and also combines a payment credential link to a proxy id for Government and humanitarian aid disbursements to that participant. A payment network provides access to issuers around the world to issue funds on cards, accounts, wallets, or cash to that individual regardless of location/address.
