Abstract

Techniques are presented herein for a Vendor Experience Data Acquisition and Analytics (or VEDA²) function that collects, analyzes, and intelligently returns relevant information bridging an enterprise with network equipment vendors. A VEDA² function may operate as a value-added service that appears to an enterprise similar to a Business-to-Exchange (B2X) partner 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) fifth generation (5G) Application Function (AF). Further, a VEDA² function may provide for a translation between user intent and a network data analytics function (NWDAF) that knows how to collect specific data. Additionally, the analytics that are developed may be further enriched with a vendor's data and then provided to a user as actionable insights.
