Abstract
The present disclosure relates to methods to proactively determine the node isolation and alternate path for traffic. The present invention will perform Proactive determination of per Node isolation by identifying the number of available degree(s), and will have capability to auto restore the service by freeing up the bandwidth by restoring the pass-through protected service on alternate path which is excluding the node which is reporting a “Node Isolation threat” alarm.
