Abstract

These are unprecedented times. The pandemic and the accompanying set of economic issues, including

the recession (now officially over), has resulted in a dramatic increase in the remote work models for

client computing. It is anticipated that there will be an increase in remote work in a hybrid model in the

post‐pandemic era.

This new scaling of remote access and working from home (and learning from home) has resulted in a

set of new issues to be addressed and has further exacerbated many problems that were already known

but without an approach or solution.
