Abstract
The present disclosure related to method for dispute resolution using customized batch files is disclosed. A method may include receiving a customized batch file including disputed transaction data and metadata. The disputed transaction data may have a customized format. The customized batch file may be communicated to a repository and/or retrieved by a processing engine. The metadata associated may be detected. A mapping from the customized format to a universal format may be determined based on the metadata. The disputed transaction data may be translated from the customized format to the universal format based on the mapping. A plurality of disputed transaction requests may be generated based on the disputed transaction data and communicated to a dispute resolution system. A plurality of disputed transaction responses may be received. A response file based on the disputed transaction responses may be generated and communicated. Systems and computer program products are also disclosed.
