Abstract
Containerizing is a procedure by which an application that runs locally on the computer is packaged into a container that can run on another machine, e.g., a server in the cloud. Packaging container images can consume substantial developer time and require a developer to manually iterate on packaging, validating, and debugging. This disclosure describes techniques for automatic containerization of arbitrary applications.
