Abstract
The invention relates to a control method using a program based on an algorithm for compensating different starting temperatures of an oven based on a selected cooking profile and the real-time start temperatures in the oven. To be more specific, the program determines whether to modify, i.e., reduce or prolong, the presetting cooking time of the selected cooking profile based on the analysis of the measured temperature and the relevant parameters of the selected cooking profile.
Accordingly, the invention provides a control method of an oven improving cooking processes for generating right taste and texture of foods.
