Abstract
Many times a customer walks to their shared printer to retrieve their printed document only to find they
made a common mistake in the print set up. This mistake might include simple things like; image
rotation, image scale, simplex images, number of copies, address orientation on an envelope,
color/monochrome or many others. This mistake would require a customer to return to their desk,
make the necessary corrections, resend the job and then walk to retrieve the job again. This innovation
would allow the customer to quickly identify and fix the issue right at the printer, saving valuable time
and frustration.
