Drinking water is essential for health. The appropriate amount of drinking water per day varies depending on physical activity, age, health issues, and environmental conditions. For example, for those who work in a hot climate, it is better to drink up more water. However, people may drink water at the office, in a restaurant, during workout, or at any other suitable places. It is difficult to know how much water a person drinks per day and if the amount of drinking water is sufficient for health. Thus, a system for keeping track of the amount of drinking water is needed.
