Abstract
This specification details the structural, mathematical, and cryptographic design for the ENOS Sovereign Right Invariant (SRI). Current geopolitical computing networks operate on the assumption that digital rights, identity parameters, and data privacy are granted, managed, and monitored by nation-states. In regimes that completely lack fundamental human rights, this architecture allows centralized governments to weaponize computing infrastructure to enforce local surveillance, execute programmatic censorship, and suppress individual human autonomy.
SPEC-363 breaks this geopolitical chokehold by establishing an ironclad, local cryptographic sanctuary directly at the molecular hardware layer. Running under the clockless ENOS operating substrate [SPEC-358] on a decentralized rEckesbit Moiré Array Matrix [SPEC-356], the SRI framework treats human rights as an unyielding physical property.
By hard-locking individual encryption keys, communication channels, and identity registries via a localized, non-extractable Asymmetric Phase-Isolation Tensor, the system physically prevents authoritarian networks from wiretapping, back-dooring, or compromising the user's terminal. This localized sovereignty must hold universally as a non-negotiable physical baseline before any large-scale civic consensus or voting modules can be safely introduced.
