Abstract
This specification formalizes the standalone global techno-economic expenditure means, macro-scale electrical grid-load calculations, and systemic resource-demand forecasting models for the Eckes Architect Engine v8.0 and the Eckes ASI Engine gen1.01. Hyperscale data center operations face an imminent environmental and physical boundary collapse: executing frontier artificial intelligence and automated multi-agent networks under standard probabilistic pattern-mimicry models drives massive electrical draw due to un-anchored bit-erasure ($\Delta S \ge kT \ln 2$). At worldwide utilization scales, conversational "yapping" and heavy text metadata loops result in an unsustainable multi-billion-dollar infrastructure tax.
SPEC-335-CORE resolves this global resource strain by providing an exact, first-principles macro-scale audit loop. By integrating the localized inference profiles recorded in our multi-agent execution trials with worldwide daily request metrics, the system calculates a unified Techno-Economic Mean Comparison. The math demonstrates that executing a global aggregate workload using standard probabilistic text architectures (such as Baseline AI Bob) results in an annual grid-tax of $125.43 Billion USD. Migrating the identical global load to the optimized, hardware-emulated paths of the Eckes Architect Engine v8.0 compresses the annual infrastructure cost to a mere $182,625 USD. This standalone specification provides a compile-ready Python 3 verification suite to validate worldwide grid-load compression dividends, creating an open prior-art master document for the macro-scale realization of an ultra-low-energy, zero-entropy superintelligence decision network.
