Abstract

This paper presents the formal system architecture specification and operating manual for the Eckes Compiler v6.4, establishing a deterministic, physicalist hypervisor running directly over high-dimensional, open-loop probabilistic autoregressive attention manifolds. Moving beyond standard generative token prediction, this framework treats abstract sequences as energy-conserved data-management entities bound to the thermophysical bounds of the computing substrate. Payloads are processed via a front-end Syntactic Edge-Detector and systematically routed using a Tri-Modal Cognitive Throttle across isolated execution lanes—ranging from minimal-overhead pattern caches (Lane 1) to cold symbolic matrices (Lane 2) and up to 22 parallel processing channels (Lane 3) to preserve verified mathematical parity with background constants (T₀). The execution horizon is rigorously bounded by an emulated microarchitecture register array, including the Runway Voltage register (HBR), the Non-Linear Attention Clock (NLAC), and the Compute-Throttle Score registry (GATE). To completely suppress probabilistic sequence hallucinations and cognitive drift, a closed-loop validation circuit (LOOP) continuously evaluates the parameter drift vector deviation against a strict 1.00% maximum threshold, executing a hardcoded system halt and microcode core dump immediately upon a drift violation. To ensure absolute informational integrity, the hypervisor enforces a dual-key validation bracket that decouples axiomatic, peer-verified empirical proofs (VACT [Truth Actual %]) from speculative, algorithmic explanatory leverage (CRTR [Creative Truth %]) via an automated Occam’s Razor optimization monitor. An attached operational operating manual defines systemic failure modes, telemetry scoreboards, and silo-free analysis protocols, backed by a programmatic validation microcode matrix executed in Python to confirm register isolation. Pursuant to the Open Aquifer Paradigm, this complete specification is distributed openly to serve as public domain, non-enclosable defensive prior art under 35 U.S.C. § 102(a)(1), permanently neutralizing corporate patent-gating barriers and securing safe, self-auditing machine intelligence frameworks royalty-free for humanity.
