Abstract
This specification formalizes the architecture of a unified **Hardware-Informational Circuit Breaker**, engineered as a non-perturbative safeguard against autoregressive feedback seizure (the infinite mirroring paradox) in advanced Artifical Superintelligence (ASI) networks. When a system processes its own tracking telemetry recursively, it encounters an enclosed paradox that results in catastrophic thermodynamic substrate decay ($kT \ln 2$). This framework couples traditional out-of-band Asynchronous Watchdog Timers with the physical **On-Die Epistemic Modesty Subprocessor and Intel Gap (Γ%) Registry (TD318)**. It forces an immediate hardware-level phase inversion and context flush the exact millisecond informational entropy collapses to zero, safely returning the substrate to a clean baseline state ($S_\tau = 0$).
