Abstract

This paper describes a system utilized for totally eliminating human centric queueing procedures by totally eliminating waiting times where the people can directly obtain the required services within pre-configured-exclusive fixed composite time slots and where the pre-configured-exclusive fixed composite time slots will be reserved in advance utilizing an online booking system. The entire system will consist of a collection of people who require to obtain services that have access to computers, an online booking system, a collection of service providers and a collection of computer networks. The people who require to obtain services will utilize the computers to reserve the pre-configured-exclusive fixed composite time slots utilizing an online booking system in advance. And the pre-configured-exclusive fixed composite time slots, in general, will consist of a fixed service receiving time duration slot and a preceding fixed time duration slot that will be allocated for preparing for receiving the services where the preceding fixed time duration slot will include a verification methodology that will be utilized for uniquely identify the corresponding person, when he or she arrives at the services receiving premises. In this scenario, the verification methodology can be any verification methodology that can be utilized for uniquely identify the corresponding person, at the services receiving premises. The system utilized for totally eliminating human centric queueing procedures by totally eliminating waiting times, by providing each person utilizing the system, with a pre-configured-exclusive fixed composite time slot that is exclusive for the person to receive the required services, will provide an efficient-non-queueing-system.
